How the Plan Works

  • Running (3-6 sessions per week) to develop endurance and speed through:

    • Steady-state runs to build aerobic capacity

    • Interval training to increase speed and VO2 max

    • Tempo runs to enhance race pace endurance

    • Running drills (Lauf-ABC) to improve technique and efficiency

  • Strength Training (1x per week) to improve stability, posture, and injury prevention with:

    • Squats and lunges to strengthen key running muscles

    • Core training to enhance posture and efficiency

    • Mobility work to support movement quality and recovery
